House pricing

Individual prices may change without notice. The base price of all house designs as shown on “Home Designs” pages does not always include car accommodation. Please note that prices do not include siteworks and footings above standard, elevation treatments, slab to alfresco areas, concrete paving to carports (verandah and porch slabs as per individual floor plan), floor coverings, light fittings, window treatments, furniture, pergolas or other display items. All floorplans and elevations pictured are for illustration purposes only. Please refer to the working drawings you receive upon signing a contract for precise measurements. To the extent that there is any conflict between the material contained on this website and the contract of sale, the purchaser acknowledges that the terms of the contract of sale will at all times prevail.
